At Mellow, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to ensure a smooth refund process.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.

Secure the Package

Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original Mellow box with all hardware and protective padding.

Ship and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
